Pastor Chris is a graduate of Clarion State University and Berean School of the Bible.  He also graduated cum laude from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Biblical Literature degree.  He has been an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God since 1986.  Pastor Chris is the founding Pastor of Chapel on the Hill and on October 7th, 2007 he celebrated his 25th year as pastor of this wonderful church!  He is married to Judy Clark, who serves as his partner in life and ministry.  They have three children, two daughter-in-laws, and four grandchildren.

Pastor Chris's wife, Judy is the Administrative Assistant at Chapel on the Hill.  Judy serves as the director of Connections "20 Something" group as well as the Women's Ministry.  She partners with her husband in pastoral counseling.  Her main counseling goal is to enable women of all ages and married couples to experience spiritually rich and healthy lives to which God has called them.  Judy graduated from Millersville College with a BA degree in Psychology and received her Assembly of God minister's license in 2003.
